ok, it's a hollanov AU where Ilya is unemployed and living off his late mother’s trust fund. one day, he’s having a really bad day. he’s soaked by the rain, his tote bag is dirty, and he looks like he’s been hit by a truck. so he goes home, and when he gets there, he sees that he’s getting a new neighbor. he’s curious to see who’s going to live in the apartment next to his, so he goes near the open door at the same time his new neighbor is leaving. he’s about to greet his new neighbor when the guy cuts him off, asking Ilya if he’s the plumber. either his brain is playing tricks on him, or he’s daydreaming, or he’s finally gone completely mad because there’s no explanation for the sight before him, this guy literally stepped right out of his wildest dreams. that’s the only explanation for to why he just says yes and follows his neighbor inside the apartment and into the kitchen. the thing is, obviously, Ilya can’t do shit. he’s a spoiled city boy. the only hard working he’s ever done in his entire life was lifting weights in the gym. so, he’s now squatting in front of the guy’s cabinet, looking at the pipe, with no idea how he’s going to get out of this situation.
