I've added the script on top, it could have come out better, but I'm somewhat pleased with the result. By the way, I found it hard adding the calligraphy ink onto the background, the ink on ink did not help unfortunately! The nib on my oblique pen was bleeding out 😭

The pattern is complete!

I wanted to create a pattern for the background of my calligraphy script...it's all an experiment at the moment, so lets see how it goes!! The pattern came as great, considering it was all freehand, I used dotted paper under neither to help align the pattern.

This is how it's done! Start off was rough...but got into it! The beginning is always a bumpy ride for me unfortunately 🙈
