Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
Hey, I’m not doubting that for a second. Wouldn’t like having to duel a guy like you, that’s for sure. Think it’s more to keep your mom’s mind at rest, pal.
Which one? I can help if they would just let me...

Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
Hey, I’m not doubting that for a second. Wouldn’t like having to duel a guy like you, that’s for sure. Think it’s more to keep your mom’s mind at rest, pal.
Which one? I can help if they would just let me...
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
"I know Henry…but you need to sleep as early as you can so you can keep practicing to be a fine knight like your grandfather."
"Is that really why I am stuck under this stupid curfew? I guess I wouldn't mind it so much if that's the reason."
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
And where would you be going after dark on your own. Don’t even think about going to look for David without someone.
That wasn't exactly what I had in mind...
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
But it is for your safety, Henry. Not everything is supposed to be fun.
I wouldn't get hurt.
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
For the best, kid.
I can take care of myself though, I wouldn't get hurt.
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
"Well I used to be kept inside of my house almost every day because my dad was worried I would get killed if I didnt"
Oh.. I guess we have something in common then.
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...
"Yeah I know it sucks; never happened to me before when I was younger but I can tell it’s not fun"
Wait- how would you actually know then?
Being put under curfew isn't any fun...

Not Your Average Grandma || Henry and Cora
Cora had been in town for a while now, scouting and observing. Having settled the score with her once lover and gathered information from several of the locals, she was ready to put a plan into action that may help her reconnect with her daughter.
The key was the boy- Henry. Her grandson. The idea was rather foreign to Cora. She knew she ought feel some affection for him, but she had never known this child. Even so, she felt something stir deep within her heartless chest at the sight of him. Perhaps given time she could grow to care for the boy as something more than a pawn to be used. But for now, she needed him. Stepping out from her place hidden behind a building, she approached where he stood alone by the docks.
"Hello, Henry."
Henry allowed his eye's to be transfixed on the mass of outspreading water before him, the waves rocking gently in the subtle wind while producing only the softest of sounds as it crashed, if you could call it that, against the rocks that lined the shore. His attention was broken when his name was called, causing him to spin around on his heel rather quickly. His head spun from one direction to the next, trying to figure out where and who had called his name. The voice? Unfamiliar but they knew his name so he had to have known them, right? Maybe not, you never knew what could happen around Storybrooke lately and someone knowing your name, or at least his, wouldn't be that surprising. "Uh, hello?" Henry's head cocked to one side as his eyes met with that of an older woman's. "Do I know you?"
I'm not sure what to do...
Have you talked to your mothers or Bae? I’m sure one of them would be happy to listen and be a happy family.
They wouldn't understand..
I'm not sure what to do...
Seems like you have a decision to make. So then we should be worried right?
It only involves me and one other person, I wouldn't worry about it. Besides... it's more of uh... me being uncertain then having to make a decision... I guess I'm just thinking too much about it.
I'm not sure what to do...
Should we be worried Henry?
Worried? Why would anyone be worried?
I'm not sure what to do...
Family Ties || Belle and Henry
Belle smiled at Henry’s latest shrug. She realized how uncomfortable he was. They had never really talked until now, so having this be their first conversation is awkward. She felt bad for him. Since the curse broke so much has happened, and he has been in the heat of it all. He is a very brave kid, which makes sense. His entire family is the same way. Even his grandfathers. Both of them.
She really thought about Henry’s question. Rumple’s a grandfather. Henry’s grandfather. That’s going to take some getting used to. Belle locked eyes with the boy and smiled.
"I’m okay, Henry. Thank you for telling me. I appreciate you being honest with me. I hope you know that you can trust me with anything." He was right. What do they do now? She bit her lip. "Well, I was about to head back to the library. I have been going through reading different versions of our stories. Would you like come with me?”
Henry shifted once again before raising his shoulders into a small shrug, not really caring where he ended up that day. Nothing seemed to really be happening, nothing outside of what had become the norm around Storybrooke anyways. People were bickering, and trying to figure out where to go next with their life. It was all pretty standard, nothing he felt the need to freak out over... well... besides the fact that he wasn't quite sure where he would be living soon. There in itself was an odd worry, it made him uncomfortable knowing he was currently no longer at his mothers home but not yet with his mom either. Regina wasn't who he could be around, but Emma had her problems just as well so in the mean time he continued to remain at his grandparent's apartment which was honestly getting a little too crowded even for him. "Well, it wouldn't have been nice if I kept it from you." He shrugged, chewing on the inside of his cheek absentmindedly. "but I guess the library would be okay to go too, I don't mind tagging along. Maybe we can figure out who a few others in town are! I still haven't put names to a lot of the faces around here..."
A Small Surprise || August & Henry
"Yeah, that sounds good to me too." He glanced down, seeing the other’s hesitation at the sight of so many options, he began to walk towards the comedy section first. The newest releases were at the front, a mix of family friendly and animated to more adult themed films. At Henry’s suggestion that August pick both films, he suddenly felt under pressure to pick ones the boy would enjoy.
"If you say so." He smiled a little at him, then turned to inspect the films. After a few minutes of silent pondering, he chose one of the more popular ones that had just came out. It wasn’t too full of sexual slapstick and wasn’t too childish. He reached out and grabbed the dvd case. "So..this one aaand," he said aloud, spinning around and heading towards the horror section.
There had been a few of those films he was eager to see, so picking one of them would be easier, seeing as Henry seemed fairly indifferent to the choices. August quickly snatched up an older film that he had on his list to see for a while. Turning back to the boy with a grin he said, “All finished.” They walked to the register and August swiftly paid the rental fee. As they headed out the door to the motorbike, he asked “So, my place, right?” He had a feeling the answer was ‘yes’ considering he would be highly unwelcome in either of Henry’s homes.
Henry was plenty happy with the choices August had made, not having heard of either of the films and not really caring if he enjoyed them or not. The entire purpose of the day was to spend time next to August, cuddling close if he had the opportunity and just generally enjoying his time with the older male. As they made their way out to August's motorbike he felt his shoulders raising into a familiar shrug once listening to the man speak. It was practically a given that they would have to go back to the bed and breakfast to spend time together, making the question a bit pointless to ask. "Well, I think my mom might get suspicious if we were to go to her place and Emma doesn't really like you so..." his shrug grew, shoulders raising only to drop shortly after. "I guess your place is the only option." His hands took the helmet before August could even grasp for it, getting into the habit of wearing the over sized thing each time he rode on the back of the man's motorbike. Henry pulled it onto his head, shifting it until he had a good view out of the visor.
Family Ties || Belle and Henry
Regina was probably annoyed or furious or some combination of the two. Belle smiled. She figured she would have to ask Rumple about it later. Rumple could see the future. Maybe he knew? But how would he know? Then again, what are the odds without someone intervening. A thousand questions rushed through her head, but these were all questions for Rumple, not Henry. She wasn’t usually this distracted, but this news caused her to be so curious.
"I’m sure he likes you, Henry. He just needs to warm up to you as his grandson. He has a hard time letting people in. He’s been hurt before."
Henry shrugged again, allowing himself to fall back into the booth while freeing his hands from Belle's touch. His arms fell down to his sides, fingers now toying with the fabric that covered the seats. "Maybe, I'm not so sure though. I guess we just have to wait and find out." It was weird thinking of Mr.Gold being his grandfather, sure he had David as well but that was different, it was as if he had always known David had been his grandfather but with Mr.Gold it was unexpected and nothing could have prepared him, or any of them, for it. "Are you okay though? I know it's a lot to take in... I think all of us are a bit... unsure of what to do now."
