As if the day couldn’t get any better, Bellatrix Black had to butt into her comment. Suppose she had the go to say something back to what Dorcas announced, but she wished that the girl would bite her tongue for once. As she listened to the other girl talk her face started to harden more and more and her expression seemed to appear more and more angry and upset. “And I don’t think it’s your place to discount someone else’s opinions of something you so dearly love,” Dorcas spoke with distaste. Then there came the subject that Dorcas was “tainted” with muggle blood. “Just because I have muggle blood running through my veins, doesn’t mean I’m less a wizard than the rest of us in this school,” Dorcas said, standing up for herself. But her voice seemed to fall flat and small when she spoke her next words, almost begging Bellatrix. “Now please…please leave.”
Ha. It was honestly so amusing to see Meadowes trying oh so hard to rebut her. Of course, mudbloods hardly had the capacity to do so, so it really wasn't all that new, but still. Amusing. Very much so. "Quite the contrary, sweetheart -- it's exactly my place to do so. Because, see -- if mudbloods like you are allowed to walk around these prestigious halls, spreading your filth and awfully muggle thoughts, I'm very well within my place to cleanse the minds of those who can still be cured."
