I've been on the phone with IT all morning because no matter what settings I have on my computer, everything I print goes to the bypass tray, one sided. Salesman stops by the office as I'm cussing out the printer. Again. Not a big fan of salesman. But then he gave me these sticky notes on a cute mini palette. So I'm fine now. 🙂
