I keep thinking of a concept of a vorny kinda a little body horrory(?) Life sim cozy game where you're a monster hunter who gets eaten by a giant monster and is unable to escape, but theres basically a whole environment in the insides of the beast with other non human inhabitants who were also eaten, and now you gotta start a new life acclimating to this belly world and forming connects with the people who live there and probably getting eaten by them a couple a times

And there is like a huge emphasis on the world building and environment and how it functions and even having new species of animals that live inside this giant monster and are treated as livestock, basically giant parasites and micro organisms and possibly some "mutated" types of regular livestock who changed after many generations of breeding inside of the belly ecosystem
