Sometimes a person who always seems strong, who gives and supports may have hidden battles. They may be carrying burdens they prefer to bear alone. So, let's not get so caught up with our own needs that we overlook the unspoken battles others fight. Instead, let's have the heart to understand and make a conscious effort to lend a listening ear.
Remember, it's okay to say "no" when we're unable to handle more. It's not that we have no heart left to help. It's that we have learned to say "no" when our own cup is empty.
"The LORD is good and does what is right; He shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them His way. The LORD leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep His covenant and obey His demands" Psalm 25:8-10
When our hearts are humble and truly seeking God's will, we can be confident of this:
1. God will always show us what is right for us.
2. When we get sidetracked, God will direct us back to the right path.
3. We are not alone. God leads and teaches us along the way.
4. God leads those who obey Him with unfailing love and faithfulness.
PRAYER: "Show me the right path, O LORD; point out the road for me to follow. All day long I put my hope in you" (Psalm 25:4-5).
It's now how people needed us that matters. What matters most is that we needed GOD above all else.
“One word of God can do more than ten thousand words of men to relieve a distressed soul.”

John Flavel
Patience, my dear, in all things, but especially in love.
We get in trouble whenever we forget that God never gave us the power or the right to change anyone.
the Lord does not owe me anything, and yet, i am blessed beyond measure to experience His mercy, His goodness with every passing day
To believe the season I'm in is a gift from God that I can receive with thanksgiving and peace.
Clementine Von Radics, from In A Dream You Saw A Way To Survive; “You are on the floor crying”
“You’re in the middle of your motion, so it’s hard to see where you are. But so long as you’ve been taking one heavy step forward after another, no matter how awkward your stumbling, then this is worth celebrating. Every moment you’ve done right is a miracle in itself. We believe in a God who knew we couldn’t ever reach perfection, so perfection came to us. If you feel like you’ve failed today, the very reason Jesus came was to take on your failures, your ego, your pride, your pain, your sorrows, your sin. And He’ll keep working on you until glory. Everything good in you is God in you: and anything bad in you, He’s working on that.”
— J.S. Park
When people say, “I’ve never seen that side of him before” — I want to say, “You have another side too. We all do. You’re just hiding it today.”
It’s ugly to watch someone lash out, blow up, and melt down: but we are all just as capable of the same crimes and cowardice. Please don’t be too hard on others when their worst is exposed, and don’t despise someone whose worst is different than yours. We’re all a little crazy and we all need the same grace.
