I am new to Dungeons and Dragons, but I know how to play. What I don't know is how to run something out of the book. Whwn I first started, I created everything but the stats. Now I want to use a one-shot, but I am unsure on how to use the book. Should I just read through and then run it? Do I need to writr things down? If so, what do I write? Any answers are appreciated.
