I just wanted to tell you that recently I started running after a decade of bemoaning what a stupid, terrible, painful activity running is and you know what? I have to eat crow. Running is terrific. 

It helps me be outdoors.

It keeps me active when I have a desk job and a student life.

Those endorphins are serious business.

Seeing my progress from week to week gives me a sense of accomplishment.

It has decreased my stress.

It makes me feel strong.

It connects me more deeply with my body and increases my mindfulness in general.

So, all that to say, 10/10, would choose running again.
