I think pretty frequently to how easy it would have been to take my own life. How I could have just pulled the trigger and been done with it all. Skipped all the suffering I've gone through for the past decade and beyond. And it just sounds so nice.

It makes me sick to my stomach to feel like this. I've endured for so long and in these thirty years I've had so much to love and be overjoyed about, I've had so many opportunities to be happy for myself and the people around me but it all just always feels so fleeting compared to every little instance of pain, every perceived slight, every little worry and inconvenience.

Why does scuffing my knees hurt so much compared to the relief and joy I should feel from others trying to help me off the ground.

Sorry but Y’ALL wrecked yourselves.  Yes, they could underline in 1912. But no, looking at those lines, I am 99.9% sure that’s not what happened here. It looks like the paper copy of this particular publication was underlined by someone by hand, and that’s what they scanned. Sometimes that’s the only copy that’s available for digitisation. Not unusual at all to find annotations and the likes in scans.
