Oki so the first time i thiught abt what to name myself, i came up with the name rosemary, this was later shortened to mari, and eventually turned into marshall. So i took mari and i like fish, well i AM a fish, and combined them to be fishymari. Thats all (๑>؂•̀๑)

oh this is fun. technically i made this for my tumblr acc (i believe but idk) because just jelly or something was taken. and i like space. therefore, spaceloverjelly.

jelly came from my irl name (angelica doesn't really matter if anyone knows) since my nickname was angel my whole life (hated the name and nickname, i'm a evil chaotic little guy), i wanted a me nickname. i always thought it was so cool that my name had gel in it; an-gel-ica. what's a similar thing to gel? jelly.

and so, i went by an-jelly-ca in kahoots in school and it recently shortened to jelly. i also got it as my actual nickname/chosen name, so it was great.

The rabbit hole goes down like this:

I'll try to the best of my ability. > In 2011, I went by "KillerSniper" on Steam—edgy, I know. A winter remix for the holidays! A long while ago, after having explored VGmusic for their MIDIs, I stumbled across a winter remix of Treasure Trove Cove by a user called BTHive. I really enjoyed it, although the remix was only around a minute in length. Since I was already messing around with attempting to make some Banjo-Kazooie style music, I decided to hook it up to the game's soundfont and extend it a little bit more with some personal edits.

Hopefully it came out good enough. I really enjoyed making new stuff out of Banjo-Kazooie's music, and I have a whole archive of finished/unfinished tracks that have just been sitting around for the past few years. Might get around to posting those too if there's any interest in that.

A remix of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl's "Jellyfish Fields" stage. I created this shortly after the original game came out. I went for a chiptune-esque style remix, which Jummbox / BeepBox really nail. For this post, I went back and gave the song a semi-proper outro, since the original MP3 I exported had a simple cut-off. Looking back on it, I might've at least settled for better drum sounds—but that kind of thing takes a lot of fiddling with this site.

Another old song of mine. It was originally inspired by the song "Surgeon Stimulator (Corridor)" from the game Surgeon Simulator 2013. Instead, this came out sounding more like something from the original DOOM games. I like it, though I wish I could come up with better names :P

I dabble in the tune-making. I have a whole catalogue of music I've done over the past few years — each left within various states of "kinda done, but not really done". However, I think this track "COMBITANT" is probably among the few original works I've actually gotten to a 'good enough' state to be considered complete.

A bit of an outlier for my blog, but I came across a hi-res, 1440p version of the key art used for Alan Wake's American Nightmare. It originally had the logo included, but I took some time to edit it out so I could use it as a desktop background. Figured I'd post it somewhere in-case anyone else wanted to use it!
