Hours after voters registered a split decision — a razor-thin victory for Hillary Clinton in Kentucky and a more comfortable win for Bernie Sanders in Oregon — top Democrats took to insisting that the seeming rift between Sanders supporters and the party establishment was no cause for alarm and no threat to an orderly national convention in July.

But with other Democrats alluding to the chaos of the 1968 Democratic convention, the Sanders campaign continuing to strike a defiant pose and even Donald Trump fanning the flames of Democratic discontent, the prospect of a hot landing in Philadelphia seemed more real than ever Wednesday.

Hillary Clinton defended a child rapist, bullied and threatened the women her husband raped, didn’t believe lesbians had the right to get married until a few years ago, and sided with a bill so that teenagers would need to alert their parents if they were getting an abortion. but what a champion for women, right???

With 95% of the vote counted Clinton is projected to win the New York Primary, but it’s important to note that Bernie still won 98 delegates to Clinton’s 129 delegates.

The CNN exit polls also show that a huge percentage of younger people voted for Bernie Sanders. 72% of 18-29 year olds voted for Sanders.

And 61% of 18-44 year olds voted for Sanders.

It is more important than ever to make sure you are registered in your state to vote. The youth vote is critical.

To add some context to this: Hillary Clinton referred to black people as ‘super predators’. If you’re a POC and you support her, think about why. Do you want the person who only gives a shit about you when she needs your vote? Or the person who got arrested during the civil rights era fighting for YOUR rights? The man who has, throughout his entire career, consistency fought for change?
