This is Matsuba, who represents Kano in PokéPro, a Pokemon and Kagepro mash-up. The mask is coloured in Ho-oh’s colours. As for how PokéPro came to be.. well, let's just say late nights with KagePro music from MekakuCity Actors brought it about.
In PokéPro, Matsuba's name is Mikado Matsuba, but, like Kano, he goes by his last name. As for why he was chosen as the deceiver.. well, he'd probably be good at it.

I actually didn't want to do commissions that had to do with money for some time.. but now I have to.
Long story short, I owe people money. More specifically, I accidentally made a friend go over her data limit and now I'm trying to pay so I don't get her in trouble with her parents because it's my fault.
Everything from this style to this style is $3 each (translate it to your country's currency if you have to).
I hate doing this, but this time it's a dire need. Please signal boost if you can't buy anything.

I just scoured through the tag for imnotapenguin12 and it is indeed the same fucking person who 'commissioned' me and blatantly refused my bondage trigger by adding handcuffs when I said no bondage. alas I was the stupid one to say okay when it wasn't.
He's out looking for people to do NSFW roleplay commissions to get off on, doesn't write enough for the roleplayer to actually write with, wants all the gory details on how someone strips and stuff.
He had me write as a girl who became a prostitute so he could probably jack off to sex scene after sex scene.
And he pretty much bugs you every 5 minutes when you're not actively writing with him if you have him added on Skype. I took a precaution and made a separate skype so I didn't have to deal with him on my main one because seriously. it felt like every five minutes.

I realize now that cancelling the first commission/denying the second one because boundaries were crossed was the right thing to do.
Please be aware that this person is not right in the head and, for those of you who are not comfortable with his topic of NSFW roleplay, stay as far from him as possible and block him upon arrival.

That is strictly a no because I only do NSFW with close friends and I only write, I will not roleplay due to boundaries being crossed when I was approached by someone about this before and me having fucking panic attacks because of it.
So no. Unless you want me to write it on my own and accept my boundaries with no trying to get through loopholes, I am not accepting this.
Please be aware that I am only harsh because I am not going to let myself be used in this way again.

Ene's Commission Info Sheet
I've decided to open commissions on here and on dA. I went for a simplistic look. Featuring some art of mine, ofc. One of the pictures used was for a birhtday picture that I gave my friend but it works for lineart.
Points are from deviantART, and I've kinda made my prices lower than actual money ('cause the conversion is weird I swear). Also kinda pricey but hey it takes me a while to finish so don't worry about it. (A while meaning up to a month 'cause I lose focus/don't have inspiration a lot)
I take commissions through Paypal for money. Also doing some writing commissions if you're interested. <3
