my sister in law is rewatching supernatural because she stopped watching after season 7 years and years ago (understandably so) and she does not know the series ending and she’s on season 5 and I’m just reminded how all the seasons with Andrew Dabb had the potential to do the right thing (and they were doing it!!) by giving Sam and Dean the agency in their lives and the free will that they deserved but instead dabb was so obsessed with impressing kripke and making an ending of one brother lives and the other dies like kripke had originally wanted that like…. he just ruined the whole thing

No wonder Jensen went back and tried some fanfic to fix it
