@taylorswift I finally did it. I finally got my clean tattoo and I’m kind of crying as I’m typing this because it’s taken me so long to feel like I’m finally in an okay place. I was always so apprehensive about feeling okay because I was so used to not being able to and it was new for me and I’m so proud to say that it’s been a long time since I have harmed myself physically or emotionally. Clean is a movement. Clean is power. Clean is who I am as I write this today. Clean is small little reminders hidden in my pockets that tell me I know better. I will always stumble and relapse is inevitable but I really do know that I am more than those moments. Those moments do not define me. “I’m not going nowhere just because I’m not where I want to be yet.” I’m moving to New York in August to start school at Makeup Forever Academy and I never would have been confident enough in myself to do so had you not pulled me in and sang to me when I need it most. “I didn’t know if you knew, so I’m taking this chance to say, that I had the best day, with you, today.” Thank you T for radiating this awesome cleansing light.
