I'm looking for a sign. Lately, I've been feeling like I'm outgrowing my old friends. They no longer attract my personality. Nothing happened; I just don't click with them like I used to. I know growing up doesn't come without loneliness, but I feel so empty without anyone by side. I just wanna meet that person that gets me every way already. What do I do?
we’re all for growth and becoming but we never really talk about how lonely it can be when you’re stuck between who you were and who you are. sometimes it’s hard to make new friends because it feels like everyone already has their people. it’s hard because you too have your people (don’t be so quick to brush your old friends aside). but other times it’s easy as slipping into bed after a long day and you can’t believe how short they’ve been in your life. to be honest, it’s a lot of putting yourself out there and just saying hi. look out for people who you share a common ground with. see if there are any clubs or events that you’re interested in and go to them by yourself. if you work or go to school, strike up a conversation with someone who you’ve always wanted to. it’s a lot of hit and miss, but the right people will always gravitate towards you. i can promise you that. enjoy this new experience. putting yourself out there will come with its heartache but you will have fun too.
I can relate to this on so many levels

I love their friendship ☺️💕
This kind of view will take my breath away. 💕
Female Friendship
It really gets to a point wherein you get into each other’s nerves. Or sometimes you do/say something that will make the other annoyed/irritated but then never really tells you. They can’t be honest, not even try. For the sake of the friendship. Even if it’s just a small issue. She’ll make it into a big one. Because that’s what friends are for, right? Not.
“Recognise the people who are dangerous to your emotional wellbeing before they damage you permanently. Trust your instincts. Have faith in your gut. And most importantly remember this, not everyone deserves a second chance the same way you do not have a second heart to replace your heart if it shatters beyond repair.”

I feel so sad sometimes that I pray to God to give me something to be happy for even just for a day.
