Root chakra glasses I just got…wore as I danced…see previous post..

I’ve had several tell me I’m an empath- more than 1 clairvoyant. AND I need to ground myself daily. I don’t. I use salt baths to relieve stress, soreness & ground myself but it’s not daily. Dance is another great thing for grounding & you’re root chakra, so I put on my new root chakra glasses, looked out the front window & danced! It was only 10 min, but it helped some. I realized I haven’t danced or sang in maybe 2 years.. Haven’t heard live music in a year. Of course I don’t have my own space..no room to move about. No wonder I feel depressed.
