Today was an Atkins bar on the way to work. 170cal

Lunch was a salad at 210cal and a tea at 15cal

Dinner was half a salmon BLT at 576cal with a salad bar at 281cal

Total: 1252cal

Total expenditure: ~2,200cal

Feelings:

Today I’m feeling mixed right now. Hopefully I can just keep logging my food here. I’ve been logging my calories in and out for 118 days in a row on my phone. But it hasn’t helped much. He has given me an insight on why I’ve been maintaining.

Tomorrow I’m planning to fast, I’ll bring a bar if needed in case I get too hungry. To prevent my going ape shit on the Culver’s drive thru.

INGREDIENTS:

6oz / 170g mushrooms 50

1/2 cup / 57g onion 23

3/4 cup / 175ml broth 10

2 tsp soy sauce 3

1 tsp smoked paprika 6

1/2 tsp dried dill 1

1 tsp dried parsley 1

salt and pepper

1/2 tsp white wine vinegar 0

1/4 cup / 60ml almond milk 10 (you can use any milk)

1 tbsp sour cream 23

1 tbsp cooking wine 7 (it's ok if you don't have any)

1 tbsp cornstarch 35

DIRECTIONS:

slice mushrooms and dice onion

spray pan with oil and cook mushrooms and onions

the mushrooms release alot of water when they cook so drain them

mix in spices then add the wine

mix broth in gradually, making sure the paprika is fully mixed in before adding more broth, then add the soy sauce

combine cornstarch with water then add to the soup WHILE MIXING !! then simmer for a bit

add milk and sour cream

simmer and add vinegar then ur done <3

Please. Why. Why. Why?

I’ve been able to keep my calories low, restrict myself a lot. Between 600-800 calories.

I’m tracking on multiple apps. Cutting out meals.

If I had tried this at 200lbs, the weight would have fallen off. Even last year, the weight fell off. Doing slightly higher calories.

Why is my body going against what I’m doing, I need this control. I need it. Can’t do it right now. Started watching more triggering videos and reading more books. It makes me feel more in control…

Not sure if I need to cut all food that’s not for show out.. trying to track my bowel movements and my water intake. Hopefully I’m not retaining water.

I’m drinking some of my work beer.. first one in a couple weeks. I’ve had 680calories for food.. Worked out for 200 calories. This will hit me hard, guy at work passed away Sunday, so this week has been so sad. Wish I could go into a little dream world, and sleep.. live in cute home in a shoe. ✨

I’m down from about 172 to 155 today.

Have been restricting more, and have started eating more fiber daily. The fiber really has helped me not retain so damn much water. And helps me keep my body moving normally.

I eat my first little fiber bar in 27-46 bites. On my way to work. Lunch I need to scale back. It’s been Dunkin’. I love to get in my car. Leave work. Get a coffee and an egg wrap. Sometimes I’ll order something else. C/S it out into the bad. Just for the taste. It gives me enough control. But I feel I don’t know enough of what’s in the egg wrap to be eating it. It could have fillers in it. My body could hate it, could react poorly to it.

This week has been kinda nice with 14 almonds on the ride home. It’s a practice of self control. I have it. 85 calories.

Tomorrow I need to focus on having something different planned for lunch. That’s not Dunkin’. Or maybe try to just get coffee from Dunkin?

I’m going to look up the Dunkin egg wrap ingredients.

Nope. No more egg wraps for me. No more.
