Haven't had time to draw lately due to one of my huskies being sick, but she's much better now so I've been slowly getting back into it. This started out as some hand study warm ups ✨
Silver Eyes
More Witch Hat Atelier fanart in anticipation of the anime release that's coming sooooon! I'm so excited I can barely contain myself ahaha.
It's always such a challenge to mimic the lovely line art that Shirahama has perfected. My hand was hurting after just one drawing, I don't know how she does a whole manga like this. Pure magic ✨
Inclusive language is for everyone!!
Their boyfriend is their partner why is this hard to understand
Also, “partner” is just a good word? It implies an equal relationship where both of your work together in pursuit of something, whether that be life goals or just having fun together.
It’s a good word. People should use it more.
William Shatner weighs in on Starfleet Academy's cancellation.
STARFLEET ACADEMY // 1.04 "Vox in Excelso" The last day with my House, my father and I went hunting together. It was my family's rite of passage. You become a warrior after your first kill. I- I could not do it. I caused my father such anger, he missed the kill shot... and abandoned the hunt. He left me. They all left.

There’s actually a few things here that majorly dropped childhood mortality. In no particular order these include…
Vaccines (yay!)
Pasteurization
Implementing and enforcing food quality and sanitation standards. Did you know White Castle was called as such because their gimmic was that they continually cleaned and bleached their stores inside and out to prevent food poisoning.
The invention of antibiotics! The first sulfa drugs dropped in the 1930s-40s
Widespread access and distribution of enriched food products! Enriched flour did a lot to prevent malnutrition, and it’s how Wonderbread got its name!
We got a hell of a lot better with medical care for sick and premature infants. The first incubators for premature babies were actually used as something of a sideshow attraction at Coney Island! It was the only way the doctor who invented them could get funding to keep them running because no one thought it would work. It showed a lot of people that really premature babies could survive with the right treatment and eventually was adopted by hospitals.
The green revolution in agriculture that prevented around a billion people from starving to death
More recently it’s been widespread access to mosquito nets and medication to poorer and rural areas
