I'll learn to deal with the med crashes. I have methods that work well.

The OCD getting triggered sometimes on stimulants can be managed, because OCD responds extremely well to therapy. And I'll better be able to do my therapy homework and meditation when I'm medicated.

The poor appetite is difficult but I spent years forcing myself to eat with no appetite, and the meds will help me actually make full meals for myself in the first place even if they're difficult to eat.

When the meds wear off, we can indulge in the things we like doing that don't actually take much brain power, like Cell to Singularity, Atom Idle, Wordle, SDV, etc.

Also my friends I hang out with at night won't judge me for being spacey. I'm usually spacey. That's kind of the default state. They get it.

It's ok. We're ok. We've got this.

#making a list of activities i can enjoy off meds would be a good idea...#there's a lot i avoid because i get all like ''this would be better while medicated'' but there are some things where the difference is lik #not that important. so having that list of activities will be a great lifeline for the crashes.

I'll be so honest, the main reason I avoid my medication is because of how well it works.

Wow!!!! I feel infinitely better right now!!!! Things feel so clear, I feel happy and focused, my brain is working, I can indulge in the things I love, I feel alive and connected! This is what my life could have been like if I didn't have ADHD!!! Fuck!!! And then the meds wear off after 8 hours and the med crash hits and those feelings hit me like a truck and I'm sobbing for the last 6 hours I'm awake

#negative /#i really just need to take my meds consistently because these feelings come up every time i take them again for the first few #days after a break #i'm happy there are people out there who have a semi-positive relationship with their ADHD and see the benefits #it gives them. and i do genuinely believe that there are people out there who have those benefits.#but for me and my brain i see absolutely no upsides whatsoever i want this disorder gone from my brain permanently :(#and i spend these 8 hours frantically racing around doing everything i usually can't which makes it hard to fully enjoy those hours #i guess that's just another reason i need to take them more consistently

That they aren't a real person who has killed real people right?

Kamukura has the curiosity of a child I think, some of his first lines in the game is how much fun he's having over novelty. When he talks about his philosphy, it's what his teachers taught him. He woke up one day with every talent known and no experiences of his own

The Steering Committee is so cynical in their decision to turn a teen into their symbol of hope. They're a group of self-interested old men who can no longer serve as the symbols of hope themselves, looked at a lost teen and when they erased him into a blank slate with everything anyone who could admire Hope's Peak wanted, all they could do with a newborn genius was tell him how he should think of the world and the people in it and never let him have anything else

It really wouldn't take much to bring Kamukura some joy and happiness, I don't think he finds the world boring past using his analyst abilities to detatch himself from everything that hurt and used him + the expectation he'll figure out a pattern with enough familiarity. He'd love playing in the mud for the first time and feeling the uneven squishiness. He'd love flying a kite and watching the kite sway in the sky. He'd love the way paper crinkles when it's crumbled up and everywhere else he could find any irregularity and surprises

If sdr2 characters were all bunnies, what kind would they be? I'm assuming Komaeda would be albino to match his hair hehe

I'm so sorry for taking so long with this!! I got so stuck and completely forgot, it's so hard to choose because there are so many adorable bunnies out there. I decided to just do the five characters I think about the most because otherwise this would take me all year hehe but if any other rabbit lovers want to chime in, I'd love to see for some of the other sdr2 characters!

Nanami: Netherland Dwarf

This is a small bunny who is usually only around 2 pounds at full size. Small rabbits are usually more quiet and reserved and take longer to bond with their owners, but are affectionate once they get comfortable. This seemed fitting with Nanami and the way she begins the game by acting a bit more aloof, but slowly warms up to everyone over time and eventually becomes the group's biggest protector. I also just thought the small round look of a Netherland Dwarf would be cute for Nanami <3 she's one of the most bunny-like characters in personality so it was easy to find one for her!

Saionji: Lionhead

I think the mane and fuzzy coat of the Lionhead would be cute and fitting for Saionji, since a Lionhead's coat needs lots of grooming and care from its owner and it can't do it on its own! Just like Saionji needing help with her kimono and needing lots of attention from Koizumi hehe. Lionheads are small too, and also somewhat aggressive and need a lot of patience when bonding with them.

Koizumi: English Lop

I wanted to include a lop rabbit here and this one just gives me Koizumi vibes. It's a larger rabbit to contrast with Saionji's smaller one, with a calmer temperament. Apparently English Lops are good mothers/have strong maternal instincts, and even though I don't think Koizumi particularly likes being maternal, she definitely seems compelled to be (e.g. the scene where she gets mad at Hinata for having a stain on his shirt and says she'll wash it for him + looking out for Hiyoko), so this rabbit seems to have a fitting personality for her.

Komaeda: Dwarf Hotot

I think an albino rabbit would fit him too, but I had to include the cute eyeliner bunny!! Since it's a dwarf rabbit, it has similar traits to the Netherland Dwarf like Nanami, being a bit quiet and reserved before building up a bond; since Komaeda and Nanami have a lot of similar aspects to their personalities I thought it would be neat if they were a similar kind of rabbit to each other.

Hinata: Wild Cottontail

I think it would fit for Hinata to not be a pet rabbit, but actually a wild one. Cottontails have that cute round look to them that can fool you into think they're a pet rabbit who might've escaped home, so he would fit in with all his rabbit classmates at first, until his nervousness and paranoia are revealed to be not just because he's an extra nervous bunny, but because he doesn't belong with all the pets and has instinct reasons to be scared! There are all sorts of cottontail varieties across the world; this is a picture of a Mexican cottontail but similar kinds live everywhere.

started a role-play in which i am playing kirumi, peko, and mahiru. no i will not take psychoanalyses at this time.

it COULD also mean that junko's personality file got inserted into hiyoko... and possibly that monokuma doesn't even show up, and there's a secret person causing all the "slayhem" from the inside.

#i'd be kinda sad if this was the route bc it would mean hiyoko's personality is erased for this game #and take away from her own actions as her own character. and turn her into just a vessel #but i could see this route still being interesting if hiyoko had SOME role to play in it #like maybe she made the decision to be a vessel. or maybe she can see everything going on and is helpless to stop it.#or maybe she can exert her own decisions and will in little ways or with enough determination and effort #on a separate note. i have been considering if ALL of them get their memories back at the beginning so this may be an indication #for that too
