thinking about ntbtstm time travel rules & how they replace the physical selves that are in that timeline eg. the jay tattoo (or they embody their present selves as they've come to exist within the new timelime whatever whatever) & im rolling around a fic idea where they travel into a timeline (maybe just famous jay timeline) & matt wakes up & has transitioned sometime in that timeline & is now inhabiting that physical form. but im not sure what to Do with the idea.
