there are many reasons why a disability will disable someone. before you call it an excuse, maybe try considering why their disability, visible or invisible, effects their abilities.

support disabled PERFORMERS!!! not just visual artists who you can avoid actually seeing. support disabled singers, dancers, comedians, actors, drag artists, etc. experience us, look at our faces, listen to our stories, watch us move. make sure you tip us extra.

"Is it embarrassing to-" Woah, wait, think about how "embarrassing" works! You feeling embarrassed. Others feeling embarrassed.

If you feel embarrassed, that's a you problem. If others think "That's embarrassing", then they're embarrassed. So it's their problem.

"Is it embarrassing to...?" - well, that's either a you problem, and in that case you have to work through mental programming, or it's the problem of others and they have to work through things.

Nothing's ever embarrassing or cringe unless you want to make your life 100% harder on purpose.

Very similar to asking if something is weird.
