also sorry i just don't find the trope of "woman who hates men learns to love men again because she met one really sweet dude" very compelling. at best i think it's boring and eye-rolling wish fulfillment for people who never got over their lesbian crush and at worst i think it's actively and purposefully misogynistic
Almost as bad as "man abuses and neglects woman but he actually loves her so it's romantic."
Also as bad as "woman abuse and neglect man but she actually loves him so it's romantic". I never liked the abusive tsundere types who beats up the guy for little to not reason just because she likes him and is jealous he is paying attention to another girl who's not her when she's not even dating him yet and he doesn't know about her feelings???? And when does the guy needs to end up with the most abusive one who will beat him up at the top of the hat? It looks bad. I had so many problems with the main female lead in animes and mangas because they were so abusive and mean and like the guy isn't a mind reader can you tell him instead of punching him for not getting what you don't say? Like The Familiar of Zero, or Love Hina, the guy ends up with the abusive female lead and I'm like nope, they shouldn't. It's not romantic, they are gonna be in abusive relationships forever. As a woman I am not impressed by these girls.
hey. i am begging you. you do not need to come onto my post where im complaining about a misogynistic trope and say "yeah it's just as bad as fictional misandry!" please. make your own post
