Time expected the impact, braced himself for the force of the blow. It was gonna hurt, but his armour would take the brunt. At worst, it would slide off and find its way between his plates, but the damage would still be minimal compared to what it would have done to Four. In the end, the pain was far worse than he'd anticipated. His torso burned like it'd been actually run through, and he struggled to even breathe, but that was fine, he could bear it, could bear anything as long as Four was alright- and then he opened his eye.
