Does anyone else go to the store and by the time they leave, they have like, a Rolodex of photos that they sent their mom (or spouse, friend, etc) because you know they would like something but because you know them so well, you know that there’s a likelihood that they bought it and you need to check?

I swear I have so many photos of random housewares and decorations and it’s a 50/50 chance my mother has already treated herself to them 😅

Good vibes needed! We have brought in the "outdoor cat" that we have built an outdoor enclosure for. It's just too cold and even with all the heat pads and straw, just wouldn't be warm enough with the huge bomb cyclone on the way to the midwest....

So it's me, the hubs, outdoor cat, and our two resident cats - old man and little chickie - and the latter two are not too pleased with the newest member of the family. So yeah - good vibes, positive waves, prayers - I'll take anything y'all send my way!

Thank you to all the lovely people who liked and commented on this! Outdoor cat went to the vet today and, while she didn’t enjoy it and got a little spicy, all tests came back negative and for being an outside cat (until now), she is surprisingly disease and issue free! She got updated shots and bloodwork to confirm she’s good to go. We did find out that she likely had a trauma incident in her past (her nose is funny shaped like it got hit) but is happy and healthy and loving to us despite it.

We have a ways to go with introducing her to our other cats, so keep your fingers crossed for us, but what a relief and blessing that she gets to be HOME. May you all have cold pillows and hot coffee always. I am deeply grateful ❤️
