"Torture Scratch! One time I built an Egg-Bomb and it exploded in his face, heheHEᴴᴱ!" Birdie held her stomach as she laughed freely.

"All jokes aside, it really depends on my mood. Usually just hanging around Grounder is enough to keep me entertained. He's got stories." "I also like to do pottery, not that i'm any good at it or nothin'." She kicked at the floor. "Although I rarely even have the time to really settle into a hobby nowadays. It's all training-briefing-mission-training-briefing-mission around here. I also don't like how the clay gets clotted in my wings. I guess I prefer more domestic hobbies! Grounder tried teaching me how to knit one time... but you can guess how that went."

What are some things you love about your wife?

He adjusted his monocle with a fond smile. "My dear wife! Oh, where to begin?" He gleefully clapped his hands together. "I could start us off by mentioning her unwavering loyalty and fierce protectiveness." He chuckled. "Or perhaps her unique blend of elegance and strength. She is quite the remarkable woman - every bit intelligent as I am. Furthermore, I find her ability to stir up such delightful chaos with minimal effort to be rather...endearing. She is quite the charming woman, quirks and all."

"She has quite the effect on me, you know; ever since the first moment I laid eyes on her, something in my circuits stirred..." He sighed wistfully, reminiscent of simpler times. "However! Birdie will often nuzzle her bill against Grounder's nose and vice versa as a form of affection.

This behaviour, also known in the avian world as "billing" or "kissing" can be observed as a common courtship behaviour amongst mated pairs, serving to reduce stress and reaffirm + solidify lifelong bonds.
