i think ryland would grow to understand stratt’s choice with time, and even thank her logic of it because it led to his meeting of rocky, but i dont think he’d ever really forgive her for what she did to him

(Ryland had to prep rocky before they touched down to meet Stratt so he wouldnt charge her at first sight)

i really can't with people dismissing the current criticism of Rachel Reid with "Shane isn't real"

you are missing the forest for the trees. Shane isn't real but the poc, autistic, and queer people who are discussing the ways they are hurt by Reid's awful depiction and the way she talks about Shane, ARE real. and you have Got to fucking listen to them

I’m gonna need someone to break down this RR drama around Shane for me. From what I’ve seen it sounds like she just thinks Shane wouldn’t be aware of his own autism, which I think is true? Maybe once it was 2020 and people were becoming more knowledgeable about the autism spectrum, he would have an inkling but nothing beyond that. His parents wouldn’t say anything, it’s just how he is and always has been. What else has she said? What am I missing? Someone compared her to JKR and that just seems crazy to me
