i've been meaning to design them for a while, but i never got to it until now kwjdjs anyway, did we ever come up with names for them?? i think i've only seen one for the grand pianist ghoulette.

Someone on that another hellscape of an app asked what everyone’s most surreal moment was if they went to a ritual this year. I remembered this. when he acknowledged my existence. I dropped my phone when/as he waved. I don’t even know if I meant to record it? I have strong feelings about this man.... I think my heart exploded. Also I’m curious what everyone else’s are, please tell me!!

even though it was a lot i miss the ritual chaos so much :(( missing all my friends and the people we met, everyone was so cool

this is my moment! i can't believe there's an official picture it still blows my mind but, rain looking right at me. he threw me a pick right after this that got stolen but the asshole behind me but that's neither here nor there and then i blacked out for the rest of the song lmao. it's so hard to accurately show when i don't want to actively dox myself but i look like i'm having a spiritual experience

I love this idea. The entire Bridgeport ritual feels like the best fever dream I've ever had. But: 1000% it's the moment Dew saw my Sodo shirt. (Video starts right before he notices me if anyone wants to watch the moment of my death). I am still in shock that I shared several hand gestures and head nods and blown kisses with that man. He perceived me. He knows I exist (or at least he did for ten seconds). I will never be the same again. Also, honorable mention to Papa looking me directly in the eyes during the Mummy Dust, ass grab, thrust bit. I was still so fucked up over the Dew interaction that I did not realize the gravity of what was happening to me.

i went to my first ritual this summer (in clarkston) and it was incredible!! the timing of our arrival to the venue could not have been more perfect (even though we had plans to get there earlier) cause i met jutty (literally within five minutes of getting in) and he gave me a pick.. you can read that particular story here. these are the pictures my friend took documenting the immediate aftermath and my reaction when i came back over to her.

as if my first ritual could start off any better than that like… what??? my seat was even closer than i thought it would be so that was a very pleasant surprise. i also met @ghuleh-recs and got a swiss sticker from her! and i was seated right next to @ohvegeta and neither of us knew who we were but got to talking and found out we’re both on here. then at the end of the show we went up to the pit to grab some confetti and mummy dust money. someone gave me the bracelet cause they liked my outfit. i still can’t believe it happened sometimes, even rewatching the videos i took. it was beyond amazing.

@thepoisonedchalice this is all so lovely! I was also in the presence of several tumblr people and I didn’t know. Even in France I was! @owlghuleh was there and I didn’t know it. I did get to meet the very kind and lovely @kkaisarion @krscblw and @high-imperatrix in Bristow. I know there were other people at other ones but I can’t remember now. I love that people made bracelets and stickers and stuff! I have a whole stack of bracelets now and some stickers. I made buttons! I’m glad they let you to the pit to get the dust. At the rituals I didn’t have pit for I still tried to get one piece and the security guards DID NOT LIKE THAT. They wanted us to leave. I still managed it but I did have to barter at Bristow. But Jutty!! That’s amazing. Somehow in France I always just missed them. Someone else who went to the same rituals as me met them allllll in diff cities. Honestly though I’d hide in a trash can so it’s fine. Thank you for sharing!

I had the BEST time at the France rituals! Met some amazing people! Me and @birds-quantified danced and screamed all night together. @midnight-moth was there, @araghorn07 was too!!

Getting direct contact with Papa and Rain was insane. Being at the front is like an outer world experience.. So many sweet interactions that I’ll cherish forever!

It was really nice to be there for Phantom and Auroras debut. I remember being so sad that Aether wasn’t there ): but then realising it was a new ghoul??? Seeing Phantom bring his fresh giddy stage presence to the rituals was fun! Oh and hearing Aurora’s voice? Like hot damn..

Oh and hearing Respite live… 🥹

Thoughts on Raindrop having cosy lil gaming nights? Like before they get together Rain swears he will only ever play board games becauss computers make his eyes hurt. But then Dew shoves him infront of an Xbox with a very charming pair of blue light glasses.

It's stille quite shirt but I hope you'll still like it!

“Here, try moving around with the left pad and move the camera with the right one.”

“Like this?”

The movements on the screen are shaky, Rain trying to coordinate his left and right movements. He moves around a bit, quickly getting used to the way it moves.

“I think I’m getting used to it. What do I do now?”

“Ok, let me guide you a bit.”

For a bit, Dew guides Rain in the game, reminding him what he needs to make some of the stuff.

“Uh? What’s gonna explode?”

“The Aurora. You’ll be fine. You can go on top of the pod to watch it explode.”

The pair continues to play like this, Dew against Rain’s side, head resting on his shoulder as he continues exploring the surroundings.

After about an hour of playing, Rain saves and stops.

“You want to play?” He asks, holding the controller in front of Dew.

“No, love. You want to change games?”

“Yes. I can’t believe I missed out on such fun.” He chuckles, making Dew look at him in the eyes, quickly kissing him before he gets up to change the game.

“What kind do you want? Solo? Coop?”

“Whichever. One you like a lot?”

“Bioshock then!” He grins, putting the disk in the console then making his way back to Rain’s side.
