tiny grace definitely is the type to play the "let's see how long I can hold my breath underwater" game giving Adrian and rocky a heart attack
Oh my goodness Grace noooooo xD♡
The first time Grace did that, they were all in the water, Grace showing them his cool moves (basic doggy paddle) then his eyes light up as he's like, "Watch...uhm...listen to this!"
He take a biiiiig breath and fully submerges beneath the water.
Rocky and Adrian stand there for a moment, sharing a confused carapace wiggle...until they can't hear Grace....he's gone silent, his heart rate is lowering, they can't hear his lungs, it's silent!
Then they minorly (read: majorly) FREAK out. Nervous chitters and tones as Rocky dives under the water and yanks him up.
And Grace is...huffy??? Adrian and Rocky are very confused, why is he pouting??? They just saved his little pebble life!
"Awe man, I almost broke my record!"
"Record, question?? Grace *purposefully* try and die??"
Grace blinks, then it clicking for the little scientist.
Them hearing Grace not breathing definitely looks like he's dying/really hurt. Uh oh!
Grace's eyes start welling with tears because he didn't mean to scare them!
"M'orry! I-it's somethin' we do on earth for fun, cause human lungs can...do that."
Rocky and Adrian chitter for a moment before nudging closer to Grace.
"Is okay, is human custom," Adrian says.
"But, can Grace not do lung 'fun' infront of Adrian Rocky, question?" Rocky adds.
Grace sniffles and nods, "mhm, I'll save it fir Armando."
