Writing fanfic is so strange. Because why am I reading about panic attack hangover (and how close it can get to having loose lips in a drunken state) at two am?!

James would totally be that friend that loves to give crafted gifts because they are “bathed with more love” but he has zero crafty skills. It would go like this:

Sirius: What’s this? *grabbing a wooden aberration trapped in a cord*

James: It’s padfoot! In a necklace!

Sirius: Sure it is prongs

But then Sirius would wear it like a proud father.

Regulus: So I can die feeling at least a little bit accomplished.

Next fic idea I’ve been working on, this one will have a lot more length

Imagine Regulus falling on quidditch, normal, right? But then, we have James freaking out because apparently Regulus forgot about them! And no one except for them knew about it. They were only starting the relationship, nothing official, Reg was still very reserved, but James fell fast, we know him.

But then, they noticed it isn't just amnesia, something is wrong.

He remembers things that didn’t happen. Now, enter Sirius freaking out cause Regulus remembers him STAYING on that house, and actually being killed for it. So yeah, Sirius is dead on Reg’s memories

But! There is one more thing. His brain is screwed right? So I wanna play a bit, in trying to constantly reboot and fix itself, the brain actually gets worse, so some days, Reg will wake up only feeling one emotion, like, today he only can feel fear, or then he can’t feel happiness. It can also be more specific, like, today is desolation for something that didn’t happen.

Sometimes the reboot actually works and he gets pieces of his real memories back.

All that while we still have the war getting closer and decisions having to be made🤗

Chapter Five (and last one) is out!

“Well, you would know if-” James sighs when a leaf falls on his face. “Can you just untie me? So we can have a real conversation.”  Regulus eyes him and hums pensive. He then summons a large rock and sits on it, still looking at James. “I don’t think I will.” James groans and starts to squirm on the ground now trying to get into a sit position. “You must be really enjoying this.”  “You have no idea. You look like a cute little worm.”  “I will take the cute part as a win.” James says after finally getting on what seemed like a comfortable position. Regulus wouldn’t know. Unlike some, he never was in a position of pathetically being trapped on a forest floor. But again, Regulus isn’t a sketchy liar either, is he?

Chapter 4 is out!

“Nuh-uh.” James says and Regulus daydreams of punching him. And maybe push him to the wall and– “My idea was actually to ask Peter, but your almighty ass didn’t want to ask for help.”  “Ah yes, I forgot. You wanted to run here to avoid confrontation.” Regulus says smugly and hears James groans behind him.  “I told you that in a moment of honesty.”  “Don’t know why you had that lack of judgment.” Regulus smirks, and besides all of his qualms, he is, maybe, in some ways, enjoying this. 

Almost at the end people, urgh, so exciting.

Chapter 3 is out!

Regulus doesn’t know what he did to deserve this. Honestly, he has no clue. He clunches his book as if it would fly away and stares at the same phrase he has been reading for the past ten minutes. He is now, sitting on the bathroom floor, facing the door, while James Potter is naked behind the curtains. The annoying part is that the idiot is humming, relaxed, taking a shower, while Regulus is having a complete meltdown.

Chapter 2 is out!

“Okay, calm down, James can see Regulus, only him? Nothing else?” Remus directs his attention to James, leaving Sirius fuming. “Yeah, it’s quite funny actually, he is basically floating surrounded by black everywhere." Sirius snorts. “Sorry, but that is awfully similar to his current situation.” “No family jokes now, Sirius.” Remus says. “But that’s like, half of my personality!”

Fic idea where Jame’s vision was slowly deteriorating until one day he wakes up and everything is pitch black. He can’t see anything, well, except for our lovely Regulus Black.

Crazy thing is that James never took the time to look at him before, and now, he has come to the realization that maybe it’s not that bad to only be able to see one person, if that was the one he will be looking at.

At the same time we have Regulus ‘fear of being perceived’ Black becoming the center of James attention, and James ‘constant need to be useful’ Potter now being lost in a world he can’t see.
