Wow. He really does look like Popeye. If he did play him in a new movie, they wouldn’t need to put makeup on him like they did with Robin Williams. They could just airbrush his tats off and leave him be. 

The one thing he would have to do is learn Popeye’s lingo. The off-kilter speech patterns are what really makes the character.
