basically blood devil is an uchiha but he was born with blood red hair and they were like oh this baby's super fucking cursed so they never gave him a name and use him as an always on call assassin which is how he gets the name blood devil so he's kind of a human made monster which I think works well with tsuki because he's also a human made monster but like in the opposite way
