Can you help my doggie?

I've been seeing that my dog hasn't been eating nor pooping, she's really kinda sad in the corner, and i need to take her to the vet to see what's going on with her. She also needs some vaccines i wasn't able to get her.

I really need all the help i can get to take her to the vet, get medicine, make a blood test, to see why she isn't eating. She was normal untill last week, but she's been weird for about a week and I don't have anyone else to count on.
