The little wooded area the other was in was an undeveloped part of a park just a15 minute drive from his house and he sighed in relief, grabbing his keys and coat as he leaves the house ] stay where you are. I’m coming. [ ` he considers hanging up but the tentative connection made him a bit nervous and he pressed the phone to his ear, waving for a taxi ] wait, who is this even?

mhm. {`when he knew for certain he wouldn't have to walk back he slumped further against the trunk of the tree in slight relief of some pent-up stress. all curled up where he sat, he almost felt a bit drowsy, and if it hadn't been for the voice in the phone he probably would've been on the verge of falling asleep. but it kept him awake, and the question had him furrow his brows. he knew that people didn't like him and if this person, whoever it turned out to be, was one of those people he didn't want to jeopardize his ride home by saying anything. what if they regretted the offer help? and so he muttered } does it matter?

mhm. {`interesting was an understatement, most definitely. but as of right now he was trying to decide whether he should answer altogether. very few people had expressed interest in actually conversing with him before, and so he wasn't used to doing so. but then again he had nothing to lose, nor did he have anything to hide. so why not give it a go } i ran short of money when i was still in school and found an easy way to earn it. one does not simply quit being a prostitute and i've been one ever since. {`he shoved his hands down the pockets of his pants as he gave it some thought } it pays the bills and keeps me occupied. i get to do something i excel in, and that's all i'm concerned about.

{`he groaned audibly at the revelation and squirmed against the trunk of the tree, drunk and definitely not feeling this right now. he knew how to survive in the woods regardless of the weather, but intoxicated as he was he wouldn't be able to fix an appropriate shelter } i'm too drunk to walk. just wait a second. {`his 'stranger danger' sense had diet out when he was far too young so it didn't take much convincing for him to navigate through his phone the best he could. while he found the gps he was cursing his way through activating it and (after some struggle) taking a screenshot of it. he just wanted to get this over with no matter who the other person was. it's not like he didn't head off with strangers for a living, after all. after a little fuss he managed to send it with a grunt } there.
