“Thanks,” Haneul commented with a chuckle as he started to follow Michael. “Well, I won’t forget that, so you should probably be careful with what you say around me.” The grin on his face showed that he was enjoying this interaction immensely. “At home. My dad would go around the house dancing like an idiot. Like father, like son… even though we don’t actually share genes.”
Michael made a huffing noise, clearly under no stress about what he said. “Like stated, I always keep my promises, so I never make one that I wouldn’t do.” He smiled softly, watching Haneul with a rather soft expression. “Don’t matter about genes if they raised you. You learn from people who you watch constantly.” Michael should know, he had children of his own and not all of them were from his DNA.
