  Neo bowed playfully at his compliments, besides the whole, robbing and killing thing, he was kind of a big sweetheart somewhere under all that mess. Alas her little presenting would have to wait as she heard the echo of footfall behind her.

Without warning she suddenly swung around, quickly opening Hush just in time as bullets began raining own on the two. She stood between the swarming guards shooting and Roman, protecting him with her shield. Huffing she tugged his hat off of her head and held it out to him with her free hand, smiling over her shoulder reassuringly.

‘Go.’ Neo signed.

The redhaired criminal, thought not typically jumpy, hadn’t been involved in combat in awhile since he’d been arrested, and almost didn’t expect to hear that many gunshots heading towards him at once. Fortunately, Neo was there to protect him, as usual. 

“Thank you~” Roman replied, taking his hat back and placing it on his own head. Now it felt right. “Where would I even be without you?” He then nodded in response for her signal to leave, and started heading out of the prison.

    Neo giggled lightly before giving a little shrug. He always thought she took count but honestly, that got boring quick after four. She thought though for a moment, before holding up her hands for him, all five on one hand an four on the other, her smile wide and prideful before she tossed him his beloved cane.

Tugging something from behind her, she presented to him next his hat but instead of outright giving it to him she playfully spun it with Hush’s handle only to jump it up to her own head and letting it perch there instead.

 Neo gave him a teasing pose, wiggling her eyebrows at him. She had to admit, it didn’t look that bad on her either.

“Ah, lovely!” He said in response to getting his cane back. He watched Neo place his hat on her head with that neat little trick.

“My hat does look good on you, I gotta admit. Almost better than it looks on me, somehow.”

Then again, his right-hand woman typically always looked and dressed better than he ever could, even if her outfit was somewhat based around his own style. She just managed to wear it better.

   Catch Neo giving Roman a playful wink and a little happy wave in greeting. She picked up Hush and skipped over to him, smiling brightly as she did so.

‘Hey there~’ Neo signed to him casually.

“Well hello, it’s a joy to see you again,” Torchwick responded with a grin. “How many guards did you have to kill to get to me?”

He had a feeling the guards were dead, anyway. Most didn’t make it out of a fight with Neo unless they were smart enough to flee.
