oh! a sad but sweet update!

so the cat (a stray, called yesim) recently passed away. she was buried in her own little marked plot of land (in the butcher’s garden), and she was very loved:

but the butcher got a life size cardboard cutout of her standing and begging in the exact place she used to:

the butcher, korkmazer, had been feeding her since she was very young on the street, and is now taking care of her kittens since her passing. her grave is open to be visited by those who would wish to come and pay respects :)
