Im getting fat.

I've been on a terrible, terrible diet lately of fat, carbs, and sugar galore.  Starting now I am going to be posting my daily calorie intake. I will start at a reasonable 1800 calorie limit and try to go down by 100 each week until I am eating no more than 1200 daily!

For the Love of Nancy

Just re-watched this movie.  The last time I watched it was about 4 years ago at the peak of my eating disorder.  I did not realize how much Nancy's disorder resembled how mine started... the whole not eating after getting her wisdom teeth is exactly where it all started to escalate for me!  Great movie though, it really does portray the disease so well.
