Idea

Ttrpg where each player is a piece of cyberware with a rudimentary AI. All cyberwares are installed in the body of a now sorta-corpse of a girl. Waking up in a bathroom or alleyway, with only scant clues to her old life and who wanted her dead, and her mind harvested. And together they must pilot the body to survive in the cyberpunk hellscape and collect her sold off memories to bring her back to life.

Each cyberware picks out the body part they are installed in and can control, their manufacturer, an AI type, and a quirk (From being broken).

Each cyberware has a pool of Spark they can spend to do certain actions. And passively regenerates slowly or by recollecting memories.

As well as a communal pool of Blood refreshed by eating food, and especially cannibalism. Blood can boost certain abilities, heal the body from harm, pretend to be alive, and stave off/reverse the “Status” of the body. Which goes from Fresh, to Cold, to Rotten, to Putrid, before decaying to a point of falling apart. And is a constant downfall, a timer.

The stats for the cyberwares are Neon, Plastic, Silica, and Iron.
