One of my favourite scenes of all time, in any media, I'm surprised I haven't done an artwork of it in my usual medium yet! I decided to test my art skills a bit for this one, and I'm very happy with the result!

Answering Q#1 : Yes. I will in fact do that >:3 I am now giving an explanation tho, so I hope we're good now.

And for Q#2 : You're correct! Not specifically in this situation, but once they move out, you bet they've gotten a few tickets for parking their van somewhere and couldn't pay the fee. And we could probably add some minor shoplifting to the list.

However... I've gotten a few asks about how Luigi in this au connects to the canon Luigi, since I've definitely made him more punk than what he's depicted as. So this comic kinda illustrates the tipping point of that side of his character, and how they move on with things afterwards. (which will be posted, like next week or smthn.)

Q#1: Yup! >:) Now you know what that’s all about, though I think he’s certainly got in a lot of trouble in the past, this was where the record started.

Q#2: It’s definitely something like that! He has a lot of pent-up aggression. Whether that’s from kids at school, their financial status, or um family members who are not in the picture anymore… who’s to say! He’s definitely still got that personality when they get to the mushroom kingdom, it’s just kind of pushed to the side for the first couple years on account of being ripped away from your home and being dropped into a world where a giant fire breathing turtle regularly tries to kill you and your brother… he’s absolutely terrified. But after a while, the snarkiness makes a comeback.

Q#3-4: Thank you! I do try to make the bros as realistic as possible, and it’s touching how a lot of people have connected with it, I hope you’re all in better financial situations, no one deserves to be in poverty because of our stupid economy. And yeah, while they’re not 100% alone pre-MK, it does often feel like the two of them against the world, and I’m glad that feeling is coming across how I want it to!
