I've decided to try a program with five full body workouts each week. With such high frequency, moderation in volume and intensity becomes vital. Monday Squat: 4x6 Press: 3x5 ss Pull-ups: 3x5 SLDL: 3x5 Tuesday Front squat: 3x5 Bench press: 6x2 ss Barbell row: 3x5 Good mornings: 3x8 ss Seated leg curl 3x10 Wednesday Deadlift: 6x2 Squat (6s negative, 3ct pause): 3x4 Incline bench press: 3x5 ss Chin-ups: 3x5 Thursday Bench press: 4x6 ss Flyes: 4x12 Dumbell row: 3x5 Leg press: 3x5 ss Hyperextension: 3x10 Friday Squat: 6x2 Deficit deadlift: 3x5 (3ct pause) Bench press: 3x4 (slow negative) Something like that, subject to change. We'll see how it goes.
