Motivations

The start of my fitness journey has just begun at the moment I posted this. I'm ready to take this journey seriously and I know I will have my ups and downs. I will be posting embarrassing photographs of myself in hopes that it will motivate myself and for others, too. Daily logs will be provided and some motivation. I do have and would love to maintain my lifestyle, so my recipes will definitely be vegan. So... Here goes nothing....

My "Berry Tangy" #smoothie. I can live off of #JambaJuice for #breakfast everyday but I don't have the money for it. So it's always better to just make your own version of smoothies, that way you know what's in your drink and #savemoney doing it!! My drink has a little bit of #juice from #TraderJoes (#orange #peach #mango), #frozen #raspberries and #bluberries, one #banana, one cup of #strawberries, and the juice of a lime add some ice and yum yum yum!!!!! It's so satisfying and #healthy . 💪💕💖👍
