I suppose this will have to do for an introduction, as I've had this tumblr for a while now but, like everything else, I'm fashionably late to actually using this app.

Hello! My name is Bluberrytau, and I'm the author of Kintsugi (Undertale); You deserve to be happy (Ace Attorney); Oathbreaker (Hazbin Hotel); and now, Studio Syzygy, Broken Places, and Secrets and Sin (South Park) on ao3, under the same name.

Currently 25 (they/she, panromantic ace). I live in GMT+8 while speaking English, Chinese and its dialects, and a bit of Japanese. I studied biomedical science + psychology.

I tend towards x reader fanfictions, as I enjoy the creativity and novelty of cool original characters interacting with the characters I get hyperfixated on. As for writing, I like doing it because it makes me feel like a DM guiding my reader through a story or adventure! Other than engaging with fandoms and visual/written media, I spend the rest of my free time playing games, watching musicals or drawing, idk. DnD too!

I often describe myself as a fan first, writer second - and have read a bunch of stuff from other fandoms (notably: Transformers, BNHA, BG3, JJBA, SDV, Naruto, Persona, etc.) as well. Looking forward to connecting with everyone! I may be a little awkward and not understand tumblr etiquette immediately, or reply sporadically, but I'm still here if you wanna chat about my fics, your fics, your requests, or anything under the sun tbh.

Chapter 9 Summary and Preview Everything unravels - and Kenny, Kyle, Stan, and Silver walk the wire. If you’re afraid of falling, then don’t look down.

The King, however, held her stare in his and did not leave for a long moment, vaguely aware of his Knight’s narrowed gaze.  He had known, then. And yet, he had not reported her. Ah.  It was Kyle's turn to keep his peace; holding what he already knew close to him. With Silver’s gaze still captured in his, he nodded. A small, slight nod. “Then we will wait.” And her shoulders sagged with relief, her hand still intertwined with her Lady’s.

Distantly, she noted that nobody had tried to kill anyone else for the past ten minutes, which might have just been a new record for the room.

Hey, I was already doing that in 2023 when I was an alcoholic and being gaslit by the public hospitals. I maintain that I was a visionary. I was ahead of my time ok

Hopefully it will work.

Plus, the doctor finally took me off/is weaning me completely off the meds that gave me massive brain fog and executive dysfunction. I’m looking forward to getting my life back, and I’ve stopped pretending I’m not feeling hopeful lol.

She reared back, face twisted in disturbed disbelief.  “On what?”  “On your judgement of me.”  This time, her fury made way for her confusion. “And?” And Kyle opened his eyes. Levelled his gaze with hers, docile and calm. Moved, for the first time that night.  “And… If it were you, Sir Silver,” he clasped his warm fingers around her cold ones, delicately guiding the tip of her blade to his chest, “I would not mind if it were your blade that ended my life.”

Been a bit! Dealing with some health stuff - surgeries and some cognitive stuff. Might come back to change this later - I've still been unable to really look at words well or edit but... this chapter is a little overdue, haha.

I'm supposed to eat some wild pain meds before the surgery and I did, and my sp-pilled brain has come up with the following:

mtf kyle and stan would be two completely different lesbians:

Kyle would most definitely wear nice turtlenecks and pencil skirts and wear presentable makeup. Because she's comfortable with her gender and likes expressing herself.

Stan would wear free shirts she got from somewhere (unsure where) at some point (time is an illusion) and basketball shorts or something comfortable because she's comfortable with her gender and doesn't need to prove she's a woman.

Ftm Kyle and Stan would operate under the same rhetoric, but Kyle would wear suits and oxfords. Stan would, again, be the exact same.

Anyway I've been thinking about gender identity a lot. How could you tell?

If the surgery goes bad and this is my last post, I'm OK with that LOL see yall on the flipside

So I'm headed in for a surgery tomorrow, that will hopefully get things settled and under control.

If everything permits, I should be able to get back to writing very very soon! Barring some recovery time, I should at least be able to edit the stuff I already have.

You've been dealing with chronic pain for a long time. But it's okay, because you can navigate your disease - that's so intent on kicking you while you're down - with your caring, attentive partners.

Chapters 4-7:

And then, because healthcare is a gift that never stops giving, things get worse. The pain was already bad enough when it was just your body betraying you. It gets harder when the medication starts taking pieces of your mind with it - your memory, your words, your grip on reality. Good thing your boys are stubborn. And good thing they love you, even when you can’t quite remember how to feel real.

Reader is referred to as they/them. Warnings:

Chapters 4-7 deal more heavily with medical trauma, brain fog, dissociation, medication side effects, and the very fun experience of having to fight your own body, your own brain, and the healthcare system at the same time.

Still hurt/comfort. Still self-indulgent. Still the Main Three doing their best to love you through the horrors.

Just, y’know.

Hello! Hi! I believe I was supposed to post something an hour ago, but I'm tapering off the medications that gave me brain fog, and TDLR I do not and have not trusted words in a few weeks.

Therefore, once again, do give me some time to make some final touches on it before it sees the light of day. I might be looking instead to post BP C7 because that kind of explains where I'm at rn haha!

Or I might simply post S&S tomorrow or when I'm feeling better. Not apologizing! Just letting people know I'm alive!

S&S has been up for like... A month? And I only just noticed this: what did I mean by "living forest". All forests are living. Blu, what?

I know *what* I meant. Like a more active forest than normal... Non moving trees? With more motion and life and magic?

But "living forest" made me crack up reading it again.

... I'm gonna go fix that later. When I'm not passing out from pain every few hours.

Hey! Sorry, the weekly update for Secrets and Sin will be delayed a little - I'm having a bit of a tough time with meds and pain and stuff like that.

It's ready, I just haven't done a final pass on it and I'm not in a state where I can do that well now, and I'd rather save myself the anxiety!

I only really *just* figured out the capitalization conventions for "knight/king/etc" and I simply Do Not have the strength to go back and fix every instance of it in S&S. I will however carry this knowledge for a sequel, if any.

Or it will simply shrivel up in whatever dusty corner of my mind where knowledge that I need to apply once, but never again, goes to die in ahahha
