✨ Desire or have a caregiver

✨ Explain why you regress or dream

✨ Participate in the age(d)re/pet(d)re communities

✨ Match the pink and feminine aesthetic often associated with regression/dreaming

✨ Be babied or want to be called cutesy nicknames

✨ Refer to your caregivers with paternal terms

✨ Be physically tiny

✨ Have lots of fancy gear such as pacifiers

What matters most is you are regressing or dreaming how you wish and staying true to yourself!

how to regress when your family/people you live with don't know your an age regressor:

-if you have gear such as pacies or small toys and don't want people to find then tap them to the top of a drawer, that way they can't be seen when the drawer is opened.

-if you want items like baby toys or things like that, but aren't able to buy them for yourself, try finding old toys from when you were younger. sometimes using your old toys helps make regressing easier :)

-try mainly regress before bedtime if you're worried about someone walking in on you

-if you're old enough in your headspace, maybe walk to a park or play outside out of other people's view.

-if you aren't old enough in your headspace to do this without help, then ask a cg or trusted friend to help
