Been pretty mia lately due to working 3 jobs & trying to keep an active life. Always a challenge at first but getting there!!

It’s finally spring weather in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada!! I under estimated how strong the sun is & got my first burn in a very long time 😝 Nonetheless— I love the sun & I am enjoying every second of this warmth!! 6 months of winter is too much!! Side note; it’s always been a goal of mine for years now to do a workout in my back yard... I finally DID IT!! It’s so cool to be able to not give a crap what anyone thinks & just do things that you used to be too scared to do!! It felt INCREDIBLE ❤️😊 Xoxo Happy spring lovelies
One month between photos. (I didn’t mean to wear the same random sock 😂 but clearly I mismatch socks more than I realize 🤦♀️😋) Slow & steady progress. My weight is still the same— hasn’t budged. But I’m overall happy— the weights are giving shape to my body while simultaneously losing some body fat. My cellulite has gone down some more & it’s so rewarding to see. Keep fighting!! You will get there. No matter how long it takes. It’s baby steps everyday that pay off in the long run 🏃♀️😊
