sometimes ill be sitting in lecture and when the professor says something or does something oddly specific, I immediately feel like I've heard that exact thing before despite having very little memory of it

but i can feel it, like ive heard it before, ive experienced this before. I know this. its like im living a few seconds ahead of time and it really makes me nauseous

maybe this is normal. my head isnt on right.
