Historically accurate Corpse Bride
Drawing inspirations from the 1870s-1880s . So perhaps the film might be set in the 1890s-1900s, if this dress was her mothers dress.....its a stretch, but that time period with fashion has the perfect silhouette for the hip hugging bodice she wears in the film - as you can see in my brainstorming sketches at the bottom. And instead of the bones of her ribs visible under the hole on her bodice, you can see the bones of her....corset 😅.
