this might be a stupid question but does charmspeak in one language work on a person or people who don’t speak that language? ex; charmspeak in italian to a person who speaks mandarin… does it even work in languages besides english and french? this might’ve been addressed in the books but i really don’t remember…

Does anyone else think about the fact that theoretically it would have been canonically possible for Dark Rise to be set in the modern world? Like imagine Sinclair would'nt have succeded right away. He would have passed the job to Simon, then Simon to his child and so on. The Story is set in our world, just in 1821. The Dark King was dead for eons. What are 200 years more or less? I mean Violet and Cyprian would'nt be there, but James and Will would.

Just imagine Dark Rise but they have like phones. And they wear jeans. Imagine James in some expensive jeans. And they would go to fucking high school. And watch TikToks.

This is not even 100% a modern AU. This is Sinclair slightly missing the mark. This is the blood of the lady being killed at a slightly later time. This could have happened.

alex fierro must be like… really muscular

remember when magnus was having that weird loki vision in the middle of the training battle and his head started smoking so alex was like “ur friend’s head is smoking” and tj was like “oh no, what do we do” and alex just grabbed her garrote and wrapped it around magnus’ head

magnus is also obviously jacked (valhalla perks) so his neck must have a lot of of muscle besides the fact that the average person’s neck is kinda hard to chop through, and alex did that with just her arms and garrote??? she chopped his entire head off simply with upper body strength??
