Anyone have any tips for how to deal with a breakup that came out of nowhere?

It was a "it's not you, it's me" break up. I don't really feel anything. It's the end of a year long relationship but I don't feel sad or angry. I feel numb and disconnected. I still love him. I want to resent him but I can't. I wish I could help him but he won't let me. I need a hug but the only hugs I need are his. I'm autistic and have a general anxiety disorder so change isn't my strength. Any help is welcome.

I don't know if this is going to be well received but I don't like Jay and Hailey as a couple.

Yes I love Jay and I like Hailey. I just don't like them as a couple. The romantic feelings have been COMPLETELY one sided as Jay expressed zero romance towards Hailey. The writers just pulled the mutual feelings out of thin air for that kiss.

Hailey is following a very similar storyline to Erin in my opinion. The bickering relationship, job offer with the FBI and coming back to Jay.

Also why must Jay date his partners?
