“you notice everything” yeah babe I was traumatised as a child
BPD culture is knowing that even if they are head over hells in love with me, I’ll still feel like they hate me.
.
You don’t understand how bad this hurts
cant talk rn i'm busy being a danger to myself
Narcissism is not a synonym to abusive
What I hate most about my BPD is the fact that I have started doubting every emotion that I’ve ever felt in my life, whether it’s love, my grief through multiple traumas, or my anger, & it’s so saddening. It has actually led me to start questioning my reality.
cluster b culture is feeling like every relationship u have, no matter how close, is parasocial . . .
.
I want to post about this because it's something I STILL struggle with.
You're allowed to use words like "trauma" to describe your experiences. There is no "bad enough" for something to be trauma. Trauma can be anything and it's individual to the person and the circumstances.
"It wasn't that bad," and "others have had way worse," and "I don't know if it was really TRAUMA" are all textbook things that traumatized individuals say. Even people that have experienced awful things that you "only see in the movies" say those things.
Your experience is still valid.
One person's tone is off and suddenly I'm incapable of moving or feeling anything other than feelings as extreme as grief for hours on end and I'm unable to communicate or talk to people to be able to ask for help or reassurance to fix the problem. Why does my brain have to react this way
nice personality disorder did your mom give it to you
Cluster b culture is compulsively lying about pretty much everything because getting in trouble for lying hurts less than being punished for telling the truth
.
cluster b x cluster b culture is not wanting to tell your partner they upset you because they will get upset and that will upset you and then you'll both have a breakdown at the same time
.
happy trans day of invincibility everyone
